The Board of Directors of the Massy Group is pleased to announce the appointment of James McLetchie as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 October 2025.
A proud Santa Cruz native and alumnus of Boissere R. C. Primary School in Maraval, Mr. McLetchie has built a 30-year global career leading teams through growth, transformation, and strategic expansion across multiple sectors. He is recognized for building high-performing, purpose-driven organizations and fostering environments where people can thrive.
Since joining Massy in 2023 as Group CFO, and later Deputy CEO, Mr. McLetchie has worked closely with the Board to refine the Group’s growth strategy. He succeeds David Affonso, who is retiring after more than three decades of distinguished service.
Mr. McLetchie’s leadership combines strategic clarity with a people-first focus – prioritizing talent development, empowering teams, and driving sustainable success.
